As you know, the modern technologies were made available to the people new powerful communication means but obviously nothing can equal the sharing of ideas, and interact in real-time. Therefore, SAMRO (Management Academic Society in Romania) addressed an invitation to participate in the second International Scientific Conference SAMRO 2016 “News, challenges and trends in management of knowledge-based organizations” dedicated to young researchers, teachers and business environment, which will be held from 14th to 16th October 2016, at Paltiniș, in the County of Sibiu. Addressing all fields of management, the Conference pointed to the progress of the research, based on interdisciplinary and on the collaboration of scientists, promising a positive climate that will stimulate, encourage and mobilize all the inventiveness and creativity.
